Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Velune account and associated data at any time.

Option 1: Delete from the app

The easiest way is to delete your account directly from the app settings.

Option 2: Contact support

Send an email to contact@veluneapp.com from the same address used in your Velune account.

• Subject: Delete my Velune account
• Include the account email and confirmation of request.

What is removed

• Your account profile
• Your journal entries linked to that account
• Associated account records needed for the service

Timing

Requests sent by email are processed as quickly as possible. If identity confirmation is needed, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account email.

On-device data

Removing app data from your device does not automatically delete your account. For full deletion, use one of the options above.
